Task explanation:

In this LCS task I needed to discuss these words from the 'Tu Meke Tuatara' book. The words are grouchy, sorrow, blue, glum. I was confused on blue because there was different meanings to it. One is blue as feeling sad or meaning of its color.

Task explanation:

This task I needed to discuss the phrase "A little kindness goes a long way" with a buddy or my family. Since we are in lockdown I decided to discuss this with my family. I chose my older sister and we discussed this together. We thought that if have kindness together we can share it around and it will grow, just like the video that I watched yesterday. Task explanation:

Today I completed one of our LCS tasks for today and it was about kindness. We needed to watch a video (which is down below) and list 5 things that are kind that you did. If we didn't do kind things then we would have to make a start now.

Today I completed my concept circle for this week from Literacy Daily 5, word work. This was very quick and I thought quickly and I finished it fast.

In our reading this was our reading & writing task that I have completed. We are learning to research relevant and reliable information and write information by organizing ideas into paragraphs. This task was about Tonga and we had to research and write an information report on our country or culture.

This task was simple just like the other one. We needed to watch a video about the Tokumotu in Niue then answer these questions. It was an interesting video to watch and I learnt new stuff about Niue.

Today I was supposed to post this yesterday but I didn't have much time because it was the time for me to go on my google meet with my teacher. This task was about answering questions with our own information in our own words. We watched a video first so that we could gather more information to form these answers.

Today I did hit the button and got myself a high new score ! I was really proud of myself once I saw my score and I tried square numbers which is one of the red buttons.

Kia ora, I have completed my writing task for Wednesday and it was about creating 3 poems. The type of poem I chose was rhyming. It took a very long time to think because I had to create 3 rhyming poems. But I'm glad I finished.

Today, our reading task was to read a poem about Summer Sounds. It was a short poem to read and I found it hard to find the figurative language in the text because it was a small poem. I only found personification. Comment what you found in the text or tell me some hints of finding more figurative language.

Kia ora everyone, welcome back to school but online learning ! I was hoping to go to school and learn there but we still have lockdown, which means more online learning. But anyways here is my task explanation.

Task explanation:

Today I did another ToiToi reading task, I have 2 more books to read. This book was 'When the Queen took over KFC'. I enjoyed this book because the queen is different because she wanted to see the normal version of KFC. I won't spoil much of the story so I will end it from here, have an amazing first week of online learning.
